Challenge
The challenge was to develop an application that allows users to safely access restaurant food during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Solution
Eat&Joy allows users to browse the menu, place orders and make payments entirely through the app. In this way, we eliminated the need to browse the physical menu, cash transactions and unnecessary contact.
The user can choose a restaurant close to him/her and a convenient time to pick up the food. This allows users to enjoy restaurant-quality meals from the comfort of their own home. This feature eliminates the need to be in crowded dining rooms and reduces the risk of exposure to the virus.
