Challenge
The goal was to design a mobile application to allow agents to perform basic activities such as setting up accounts and paying bills without having to go to a bank branch.
Solution
We developed a convenient and user-friendly application for agents, enabling them to efficiently serve customers anywhere. Depending on whether they have a bank account or not, customers have access to different options.
My role
I was involved in the project from the very beginning as a Lead Designer.
My responsibilities:
working with a team based in the Philippines
proposing new solutions to improve the user experience
working closely with business analyst, product manager, designer and developers
creating flows, designs, design system
ensuring design consistency
participating in Retro, Refinement, Review meetings
